Great flavor without the killer heat

Love this stuff! Can't find it in stores anywhere, it tastes almost exactly like the kind that is made with habenero peppers but not as hot so you can use significantly more to get the flavor you want without killing yourself the next day

Excellent, Unadulterated Sauce

Too many sauces have tomatoes or tomatillos (I'm allergic) or vinegar, or sugar. I truly dislike those adulterants to the pure taste. So far, only El Pato and El Yucateco have the pure Jalapeno sauce I crave, and El Pato stopped producing it. El Yucateco, please lower the price. I'll buy a case of this excellent sauce.
