I first tasted the El Yucateco Caribbean Habeno, when my daughter returned from Akumel, Mexico. It’s not quite hot enough for me, but it will be for others. Don’t get me wrong the hot is there. I do love it anyway. I add it to guacamole, use a little in fresh salads. I tried it on Li’l Smokies after cooking, so very good. Its color is on the orange red side. Thicker than Tobasco, thinner than ketchup. I you like it sweet/hot, give this a try. Received in great condition and on time. The three pack is the better value, you won’t need to order so often.
